Pool Rules

POOL HOURS: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM, DAILY

 WARNING! NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

 

CHILDREN UNDER 12 SHALL NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT AN ADULT IN ATTENDANCE.

 

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE SPA.

 

ADULTS SHOULD NOT SWIM ALONE.

 

Pool season is May - September. Opening/closing varies and depends on weather.

 

All residents must sign in using the book under the cabana, with their name and

  name(s) of their guest(s). Ages of children under the age of 12 must also be

  noted.

 

Pool use is limited to Edgewood residents (those living in the household) and

  their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. 

 

Guests are limited to 5 guests per household with the following exceptions:

  1.  Guests may have over 5 guests if they are the resident's children and grandchildren.  If the number of children/grandchildren is over 5 people,    no other guests are allowed.
  2.  Guests may be considered “guests in residence” if they are visiting from out-of-town and are staying at the resident's house. They must first notify the Gate Attendant and must sign in at the cabana.  

• Residents take precedence if the pool becomes overcrowded.

• No running, diving or rough play is allowed.

• Music volume should be kept at a low level.

• Pets are not permitted unless it is a certified service animal.

• No glass containers allowed.

• Wear proper swimming attire.

• No smoking.

• Slides, large floatation devices, and water guns are prohibited.

• Notify the gate attendant or a board member if you notice any maintenance

  issues.

• Clean up any trash when leaving pool/cabana area. If garbage does not fit into

  trash bins, it should be taken home for disposal.

• Restrooms should be left clean and lights turned off after use.

• Any infraction of pool rules, guest policy violations, or disrespect to other

  residents, their guests, or pool or gate staff will result in a fine of $250.

 

 

 

  Spa Use: Extended exposure to hot water or vapors may be detrimental to the health of persons

  with heart conditions, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, young children, and the elderly.

  Cabana Use: Cabana facilities are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a resident would

  like to entertain more than five guests, the cabana area may be reserved up to five times per pool

  season. The reservation is for the use of the cabana only and residents can utilize all of the pool and spa facilities.

  The gate attendant patrols the grounds several times per day. Cameras at the pool record
