Fines for past-due HOA dues

Homeowners who become delinquent in paying their HOA dues will be subject to fines or additional charges.

The following action will be taken for delinquent payment of dues:

1. Courtesy contact letter.
2. Assessment of a $50 fine upon the second month in arrears.
3. Assessment of a $300 fine each month in arrears thereafter.
4. A lien may be placed on the property for the unpaid balance.
