Cabana Reservation Information

Edgewood Residents may reserve the Cabana by contacting the Gate attendants.  Reservations are only for the use of the Cabana….not the pool.  All of the Edgewood Residents retain the right to access the cabana facilities (lockers, ice maker, refrigerator and the restrooms) and may use the pool at any time.  Private parties may not be reserved over Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day weekends.

• The Edgewood homeowner must be present at all times during the party.
• Cleanup is the responsibility of the resident reserving the Cabana.  Place all trash in your own trash bags and take it home for disposal immediately after the party.
• All furniture is to be put back in its original place.
• All lights, fans, spa buttons and water faucets must be turned off before leaving.
• Bathrooms must be left clean.

UNDERAGED DRINKING IS NEVER PERMITTED IN THE POOL/CABANA AREA
 

ALL POOL AND SPA RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED.

THE RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE ACTIONS OF THEIR GUESTS.
